Where did all my Assets go?

There are several reasons why your assets may not show up in WorthIT Fixed Assets. The following checkpoints on the list below should help you locate your assets. Try every checkpoint in order until the assets appear.

• Hit the F12 key. This key toggles between the asset tabletop and the reporting side. To make sure you are on the asset tabletop, check the first button on the top left hand corner. It should say "View." Hit the F12 key until you see this button.
• Make sure you are on the correct company in your asset book. Beside the view button, there is a drop-down list box that contains all the companies in your asset book. Currently, you are working on the company that is showing in the list box. Click on the list box and choose the correct company. If there is only one company set up, then choose this company again. This is also a quick way of refreshing the asset tabletop.
• Make sure you do not have a filter on the asset tabletop. To check this, at the very lower left corner, it should say "All records included." If not, click on the View tab and remove and filters you have under the Sort and Range Selection table.
