WorthIT Software Service Package

A WorthIT Software Service Package is an optional annual support service, providing users direct access to the WorthIT Software Client Services group via phone, e-mail, and fax. Our Client Services group is eager to provide users with technical assistance for WorthIT Software products in order to help them maximize their investment in Capital Asset Management.

WorthIT Software Service Packages can be purchased at anytime through your WorthIT Software Sales Representative. Once you are a Service Package holder you will have unlimited access to our Client Services department via phone, e-mail, and fax for 12 months. Upon expiration of your annual support package, you will be notified of the option to renew.

What is included?

A WorthIT Software Service Package entitles WorthIT Software users to the following:

• Unlimited Application Support through the WorthIT Software Client Services department;
• 15% off of Additional WorthIT Software Product purchases (not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or campaigns);
•  25% off of WorthIT Software Education at our facility for all users;
•  Free product updates and interim releases via the WorthIT Software web page.
