Our Client Services group is eager to provide users
with technical assistance for WorthIT Fixed Asset
products in order to help them maximize their investment
in Fixed Asset Management. The WorthIT Fixed
Asset Technical Support Package is an annual support
service, providing users direct access to the WorthIT
Fixed Asset Client Services group via phone, e-mail and
fax.

Software Support covers all non-code
related issues.
Some of the issues managed by M.R.S. Support are
covered under the terms of the support agreement and are
therefore non-billable.
Others are not covered by the support agreement
and are billable.
It is important that the customer understand the
difference between these two types of issues and also
the role they play prior to calling M.R.S. Support.
